Urine tests are quite common forms of drug tests among others like hair test for coke etc. However, to pass a drug test, it is not essential to be absolutely free of drug particles. If your metabolite levels are below the threshold, you will always test negative. There are several ways to get clean before you are about to take a drug test. The commonest way in which people try to escape being tested positive is by diluting their urine below 50 ng/ml. However, labs that test for drugs are aware of this technique and it will be detected sooner than you know. So what else could you do?
Giving a false impression
Diluting your urine by consuming too much water can not only lead to detection by the testing lab but could also upset your electrolyte balance. Drinking excessive amounts of water long before you are about to take the test will only dilute your urine and waste your time. The better way out is to drink 2-3 liters of water throughout the day before you are taking the test and 1-2 liters a few hours before the test.
This will lead to an absolutely colorless urine sample with low creatinine levels and will be easily detected so this is the time to give your lab a false impression.
Take Vitamin B
Vitamin B can make your urine look yellow in color if taken in the right dosage. Taking 50-100 mg a few hours before getting tested will help retain the yellow color.
Muscle metabolism produces a waste product called creatinine. It naturally occurs in the body and if you have diluted your urine sample by drinking excessive water then this will be significantly missing from your sample. Try taking creatinine supplements that will be broken down in your body and passed out via urine.
